Ingredients
Instructions
- 1 Add Milk First
Pour the milk into the blender cup first. This helps the powder blend smoothly without clumping.
- 2 Add the PB2
Add the PB2 powder directly into the milk and give it a quick stir if you can — this prevents it from sticking to the blades dry.
- 3 Pile Everything Else In
Add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, yogurt, and ice cubes. Lock the lid.
- 4 Hit Smoothie
Press the Smoothie button and let the Auto iQ do its thing. Let it sit for about a minute after the cycle finishes, then give it a few more pulses to finish it off.
- 5 Add Any Extras & Serve
This is a great time to add creatine, protein powder, or anything else you want to throw in. Give it one final pulse and pour.
Notes
The ice cubes aren't strictly necessary since everything is already frozen, but they make the smoothie thicker and colder. Skip them if you prefer a thinner consistency. No banana or PB2 on hand? No problem — just make a straight strawberry smoothie. This recipe is forgiving. One large serving works as a full meal replacement; split it into two smaller glasses if you just want a snack.
