    Instructions

    1. 1
      Add Everything to the Blender

Pour the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract into your Ninja blender pitcher.

    2. 2
      Blend Until Fluffy

Use the Pulse button or Smoothie/Ice Cream preset and blend until smooth and creamy — it should resemble whipped cream.

    3. 3
      Pour Into Container

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.

    4. 4
      Freeze Until Firm

Freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm. Scoop and enjoy!

    Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt before blending. Want mix-ins? Stir them in by hand after blending, before freezing — sprinkles, crushed cookies, or chocolate chips all work great.

This recipe is about as easy as it gets — 3 ingredients, measuring cups, and a blender. That's your entire cleanup.

The ice cream itself is incredibly rich and creamy. Don't let that fool you into thinking that's a good thing in large quantities — this stuff is dense. A few bites and you're done. Everyone in the house enjoyed it, but nobody was going back for a third scoop. That's actually a win if you're trying not to demolish the whole container in one sitting.

Where this recipe really shines is as a base. Toss in some frozen strawberries or blueberries before blending and you've got a completely different ice cream. And if you want a treat for your morning coffee, drop a small scoop in your cup — the richness makes it melt into the coffee beautifully. The simplicity is the point.
